Low Cost Dental implants Edmonton

How much do dental implants cost in Edmonton?

The surgical placement for a dental implant starts at $1,999 CAD at our Edmonton clinic. This $1,999 surgical package covers the placement of the titanium implant post, 3D CBCT imaging, and a custom surgical guide. After the implant heals, the final custom restoration (such as a crown, bridge, or denture) is priced separately in strict accordance with the current Alberta Dental Fee Guide.

What is included in your dental implant surgical package?

Our $1,999 surgical package includes the titanium implant placement, advanced 3D imaging using CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) technology, and the creation of a custom surgical guide. Utilizing 3D imaging and surgical guides allows our dentists to plan the exact angle and depth of your implant for maximum precision, safety, and long-term success.

How long does the dental implant healing process take?

The initial healing process for a dental implant takes between 3 to 4 months. During this time, the biocompatible titanium implant screw naturally fuses with your jawbone in a process known as osseointegration. Once the implant is fully fused and secure, you will return to our clinic to have your final crown, bridge, or denture attached.

What are the different parts of a dental implant?

A complete root-form dental implant consists of three main components: the implant screw, the abutment, and the crown.

  • The implant screw: A titanium post surgically placed into your jaw to act as the new tooth root.
  • The abutment: A metal collar attached to the top of the screw.
  • The crown: The manufactured, natural-looking tooth that sits securely on the abutment.

How do I know if I am a candidate for a dental implant?

Dental implants are indicated whenever a patient is missing at least one tooth and has sufficient jawbone to support the post. Because they replace the actual root of the missing tooth, they are widely considered the closest replacement to a natural tooth. We offer free implant consultations at our clinic to evaluate your jaw health and determine if you are a candidate.
